Chalk Bag (Ver. 1)

I made this chalk bag for rock climbing since none of the ones I found in stores were quite what I wanted. I used a scrap of tough upholstery fabric for the exterior, and lined it with a soft microfibre towel. I added a drawstring closure at the top to keep the chalk from spilling out, zippered pockets, and a waist strap. Using the leftover scraps of upholstery fabric, I made a matching case for my belay glasses.

If I were to make it again I would use a grommet for the drawstring hole, add an elastic loop for my chalkbrush, and use a thinner fleece material for the inner lining.
